I recently spent a few weeks in Twin Falls. While a pleasant town it's not known for its staggering culinary choices. I can live with that. Culver's was a tasty treat I enjoyed a few times. It's clean, the fry sauce is excellent, and the fries are delicious. I'm picky about fries and these were GREAT. The chicken sandwich was good (ask for condiments, there was nothing on my bun) and the fish sandwich was delicious too.

This was my second visit to this Culvers location. The first visit was a solid 3 star, the most recent visit was a 2 star. I know my review will sound a bit whack-a-doo, however I travel Coast to Coast by car several times each year and Culvers is my MUST have food on any trip through Nebraska, Iowa, Indiana, etc... The staff at this location is very friendly and the restaurant is super clean which is a plus... The problem I had with my most recent visit is to me what separates Culvers from the other fast food chains out there. Culvers is a Fast Food burger - done to perfection every time. My most recent visit the cheese was placed on the bottom bun with the burger patty on top and the cheese was ice cold. I'm not sure if the person cooking forgot to put the cheese on all 4 of the burgers we ordered and it was an after-thought - but it IS all about the cheese!!!! Anywho - the burger was tasty, but I don't know why they couldn't have slapped it in the microwave for 10 seconds OR put the cheese on the patty for the last 10 seconds it was on the grill (and on top of the burger, not on the bottom). Okay - so yes I'm a whack-a-doo. It is nice to finally have this delicious chain in Idaho, so I will be a repeat customer - I just hope they learn to perfect the things that make a Culvers a Culvers! Cause BK, Five Guys, Carls and heck even McDonalds knows how to melt some cheese!

I was NOT impressed at all!! We both got sourdough burgers. The burgers came on plain white bread, not round like the picture and not sourdough. The burger MIGHT have been in there somewhere amongst the tons of glazed onions. The food was overpriced. For the exact amount, the two of us could have gone to one of the many nice buffets in Twin Falls on a Sunday. We won't be back.

Twin Falls gets real excited when a new chain restaurant opens in town. For those of us who've grown up in the area, it's mostly because we're just bored of eating at the same places. Novelty, like hunger, is an excellent sauce. Truth of it is, this is a chain place. It has chain flavor, chain atmosphere, chain pricing. Everything was average in a safe, predictable manner. At this time, I can only offer 3 stars. I may have to sample more of the menu, particularly the dessert items. Good ice cream will get them another star. However, after trying their burgers and fries I would rank them below Jack in the Box and well below Five Guys for corporate competition. And below Burger Stop for local competition. It's not bad. It's not great either. And they're stingy with the spuds. Gonna hafta loosen the deathgrip on the fries to make yourselves popular in Idaho, Culver's.

Came in to town after the dinner hour, and found Culver's conveniently next to our hotel. The food was great, our family of 5 filled up for $32, and the quality and atmosphere was above par for a fast food place. Would like to have a Culver's in our neighborhood in the Bay Area.

Love the butter burger and various options. The carved prime rib sandwich was a tad small but packed with very tasty meat. Do not forget about dessert!

We stopped by on our return trip after passing by on our way to our destination. We had never heard of Culvers and the high number of customers had us intrigued so we pulled in. Inside we found a quick moving line attended by around five order takers. Someone in line told us that they had opened a week ago and that she had been to Culvers in Missouri before and explained what a butter burger was. They butter the buns before toasting them on the grill. We ordered a deluxe double butter burger with everything along with some fried cheese curds and a vanilla malt. Also got a single chocolate concrete frozen custard. My wife ordered the sourdough melt with chicken tortilla soup and Nestles Crunch frozen custard in a cone. Our order taker knew the menu well and expertly guided us in our choices. We received our drinks and our order table number marker and our food was brought to our table in under 10 minutes. I don't know how else to state this but our sandwiches were some of the best fast food burgers we have ever had! They were prepared with obvious care with excellent fresh ingredients. The fried cheese curds had both yellow and white cheeses and left you wanting more. The frozen custard was divine. Imagine the best ice cream that you have ever tasted and put that up 10 notches! I'm not kidding. If you have never had frozen custard then you are missing out on one of the finer things in life! Seriously. Go. Enjoy. Indulge. You won't regret it and, if you are a local, you will find yourself coming back often! p.s. - Please keep in mind that (as of this posting) the restaurant is brand new and is having growing pains but for our visit we had no problems.

The restaurant is two weeks old (as of this post on 06/04//2014) and is clean and fresh. I counted 15 employees either helping guests or cooking-which is to say the long line move along great. I ordered, waited 10 minutes or so, then received my meal (they bring it to you a la Carl's Jr.) I got a double deluxe butter burger, fries, soda. The burger: WOW! Delish! What a difference from your typical fast foot fare. The burger comes wrapped in white waxy paper inside a little container. Presentation is stunning. The patty is thick and is the first thing that is seen. Yum. I got pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard, lettuce and tomato (when you order the burger you tell THEM what you want on it instead of scrapping off the undesired condiments that come standard with other burgers at other establishments.) All flavors came together nicely in this burger. Service was your typical "nice and friendly" service with absolutely no complaints. Being from SoCal In and Out is burger royalty. Culvers is as close to this "royalty" as anything here in Twin. And until we get an In and Out (huh, NEVER!) I'm thinking that Culver's will be the place to tell people to go to if they want a good burger. I'd go back any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Omg! Try the milkshakes! Oh and everything on the menu is delicious! You can choose sides from fries, tots, green beans, salads, cheese curds etc! When you enter the establishment they greet you. They bring you your order and someone is always asking how we are doing. They make you feel welcome. Also the establishment is very clean! Worth every penny

How does this place have 3 stars? It was delicious! Ok, first of all it was 100 degrees outside, and we came in sweating. The employee taking our order fanned us the entire time. Seriously? Talk about customer service. We enjoyed everything we got, and hope that Culvers will please please please come to California. Mushroom Swiss Burger YUMMY Kids Burger with bacon DELICIOUS Bacon cheeseburger RIDICULOUSLY GOOD Breaded cheese curds I will crave until I am able to eat there again Frozen Custard also hit the spot Probably in the same category as IN and OUT or Smash burger. Definitely above fast food chains in general. Go to Twin Falls, check out Snake River and eat at Culvers. You won't regret it.

Culver Deluxe burger, cheese curds, Orange Creamsicle frozen custard - first try, very nice treat! Service was great and fast. I saw either the owner or manager visiting seated customers and talking-story with them. Minus one star - bottom bun of the burger was cold. Another review mentioned the cheese on the bottom (vs. the top) - hence, both cheese and bottom bun were cold. Bummers for an otherwise really good burger. Would I go again? Most likely, yes.

Wisconsin is known to many as only having two distinct seasons; nine months of winter and three months of bad sledding. But weather is not the only thing that I remember about the state; cool summers, no poisonous snakes, Badgers, brats, pig on a cow (you gotta be from there to get that one), a bar on every corner (sometimes two) and the omnipresent fried cheese curds are all iconic images that are conjured up whenever you think about the dairy state. Oh yeah, there is one more thing . . . Butterburgers! Butterburgers are another icon that have been making their way out of the borders of Wisconsin, and we have Culver's to thank for it! Culver's, from its origins in Sauk City, WI (a location I have personally frequented), to their newest location in the heart of Idaho, has been providing some of the best quick service burgers in the country! Andrew Zimmern seems to also agree with my opinion over at his site. I migrated to Idaho less than a year ago and have been jonesing for a good quick service burger since I got here, so when I heard of the new Culver's Twin Falls location, I made a point to schedule a visitation! As I pulled up to the parking lot, I felt right at home! The interior was also reminiscent of all other locations and I began to anticipate the flavors. I was greeted with extreme warmth. And even though the young girl taking my order was new, she was being assisted by the owner's mother who was there from Beloit Wisconsin to help her son open the store and train the new employees. Shen engaged each customer and thanked them for coming in. A nice personal touch. The food at Culver's has always been quick and delicious. The fries are always hot and fresh and I have never had a complaint about messed up orders or poor quality food. Never. Today was no exception. Good food and friendly service at a reasonable price. Add to that the cheese curds and the frozen custard and you just made me a very happy customer! I sincerely hope that Culver's continues their expansion into Idaho. Rumor has it that a Meridian location is planned for 2015 which is where I currently reside. I, for one, can't wait!

Very disappointed in their mindful choices. They only had chicken noodle and none of the other soups. Not a great first impression. My husband enjoyed his burger and fries. Guess that is what you get at a fast food place, good unhealthy food.

We tried this place about a week ago having no idea what Culver's was. We drove by watching it being built but I thought it was a nondescript coffee shop like a Denny's. We tried the kid's meal because the price was right. What I didn't expect was how good it all was. Burgers are good, fries are great!, and the included scoop of custard is amazing. This place, for us, beats the heck out of the other fast food places in Twin. Not only the food but the atmosphere as well. My son and I managed to eat there three days in a row and were satisfied each time. And the owners are great folks. I suspect we'll be regulars.

We drive to Twin Falls to shop and saw the Culvers billboard "FAMILY FARM FRESH" so we decided to give it a try. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I ordered the single burger and WHERE'S THE BEEF? Butter Burger? Lots of bun and processed cheese but where's the burger? The pictures on their board are false. My burger looked nothing like the big juicy one on the order board. My husband ordered the Ruben and he said it wasn't bad. His sandwich had more corned beef than my burger and cost less. He ordered fries with his sandwich which were good. (Hard to screw up a fry). I also had a chocolate malt which tasted more vanilla. It needed more chocolate. FARM FRESH from Wisconsin can go back to Wisconsin. For a really FRESH burger and CHOCOLATE shake in Twin Falls I'll go to the Burger Stop every time.

Great surprise. So the first time I came in was about two weeks prior to this time. We were in a hurry and saw a long line when we were in, so we had to leave...but finally, the day came that I came back. This time there was no line! It was a Thursday too. Anyways, got the double deluxe burger value pack and a Reese's concrete mixer for take-out. The Burger: very juicy and filled with fresh ingredients and condiments. It was satisfying and honestly, gave me memories of the In-N-Out double double. Much better in every way possible than other fast food burgers in the area. Fries: nice crinkled and crispy fries...standard, not amazing Drink: strawberry soda...first time I've seen fast food have that! Reese's concrete mixer: Soooo gooood! This is what I'm talking about. Better than a blizzard any day! It's nice and thick and definitely tasty! They actually give you those number things, and even though I did take-out they told me to sit anywhere and they'd bring it out to me! And they did in just a couple minutes. I really appreciate that instead of having to stand around or being called up front via your order number, since there really isn't any 'service' about that, like at other fast food joints. Here, they give it to you with a smile and a 'hope you enjoy it', little things make a huge difference. All in all, I'd say give this place a try, it's really a nice place for 'fast food' and the food is really quality..yes really, quality fast food--I know! I'd say this is the best place to go for fast food now, better than DQ and McD's any day! I'm definitely coming back to try more! 4.5 / 5 stars

Ok, but not great. Wishes we tried something better or different. There were a lot of staff up front not doing much, but no one out cleaning tables. Service ok, not great. Food ok, not great. Clean and new. Still too many people b/c it is brand new.

My advice: Avoid. Terrible Customer Service. We were helped quickly, but the cashier got oit order wrong. We took it back they apologized and brought it out again. It was wrong again, we took it back a second time. This time no apology. Finally it came out correctly, after everyone else had finished eating. I would not recommend this restaurant. I will Not be back.

Wasn't impressed with anything I had. The bacon burger was seriously in need of bacon and the curds were really bland. It was quick and clean and the root beer was good.
